Acceptable Use
BlueGecko is a personal AI assistant designed for individual use. You agree not to use BlueGecko for any unlawful purpose, to generate harmful or abusive content, to attempt to reverse-engineer the application, or to use the AI to impersonate others in a deceptive manner.
AI Limitations
BlueGecko uses artificial intelligence that may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate responses. The AI's outputs should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any actions the AI takes on your behalf, including sending messages or managing emails.
Founding Member Terms
Founding Members pay a one-time fee of $19.99 and receive OG status, including 1,000 starter credits (double the standard amount) and a permanent 50% bonus on all future credit pack purchases. Additional benefits include early access, a badge, private group chat access, app credits, and voting rights on feature development. These benefits are non-transferable.
Credit Packs & Payments
BlueGecko uses a credit-based system. AI credits are consumed based on model usage and conversation complexity. Credits can be purchased in packs via the app (through Google Play or the App Store) or on the web (via Paddle). Credits are non-refundable once used. There is no subscription — you only pay when you need more credits.
Refund Policy
Founding Member purchases are refundable within 30 days of purchase if the app has not yet launched. After launch and first use, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used.
Limitation of Liability
BlueGecko is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the application, including but not limited to messages sent on your behalf, data accessed by the AI, or actions taken based on AI recommendations. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
